Adding Google Account

Use this guide to add your Google account to your SlimBox TV Box. The Google account is needed for the Google Play Store, Google Play Games, and many other essential parts of the Android system.

If you don’t already have a Google Account, go to accounts.google.com to sign one up.

(1) Open Settings

From the Home Screen, use the arrow keys to highlight the Settings icon, then press OK. (If you are not at the Home Screen, press HOME to get to the Home Screen.)

(2) Go to Accounts & Sign in

Press DOWN to highlight Accounts & Sign in, then press OK.

(3) Select Google account type

Use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to highlight Google as the account type, then press OK.

(4) Enter your Google Account info (END)

Following the instructions on the screen to enter your email/phone and password associated with your Google Account. When you are finished, keep pressing BACK to back out of Settings, or just press HOME to go to the Home Screen.
