Televizo: Review & Guideline (2023.03.10)
★★★
[IPTV]
Televizo is a free app for accessing IPTV services based on the M3U Playlist and Xtream Codes protocols. Works well with both TV and touch-screen. Premium (but non-essential) features require a small fee.
Televizo is a relative newcomer to the IPTV player arena. So far it can only access services based on the newer M3U Playlist and Xtream Codes protocols, but not the classic MAC/Stalker Portal. The free app should be sufficient for basic viewing. The premium version, which unlocks all features, costs a reasonable one-time fee through an in-app purchase.
Pros
- A simple and intuitive user interface designed for both TV and touch-screen devices.
- The free version is sufficient for basic viewing.
- Supports multiple IPTV portals.
Cons
- Some features are only available in the paid premium version.
- No support for MAC/Stalker Portal.

IPTV Portals
Televizo allows you to configure multiple IPTV portals based on the M3U Playlist and Xtream Codes protocols. The MAC/Stalker Portal protocol is not supported.
Premium Features
Televizo is a free app. The basic features allow you to watch live TV channels and video-on-demand (VOD) titles with no problem. Premium features (such as search, auto full-screen, backup & restore, and parental control) can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase.
TV & Touch-Friendly User Interface
Televizo has a simple and intuitive user interface designed to work with both remote control and touch-screen. See the Remote Control Usage section below for more details.
Install & Setup
The Televizo app (com.ottplay.ottplay) is available on the Google Play Store, as well as the developer’s website. The basic app is free, and you can unlock the premium features with an in-app purchase.
The Teleizo app does not contain access information to any IPTV service. So you must configure a portal for your particular IPTV service in order to get any channels.
Portal configuration is done through the settings within the app. The app currently only supports M3U Playlist and Xtream Codes protocols.
If you experience performance issues with Televizo on an older TV box, you may consider upgrading to one of our latest TV box models. We have tested the app thoroughly and it runs smoothly on all our boxes. For example, our A95X F3 SLIM Smart TV box has high-quality and high-performance hardware, enhanced with a customized version of the SlimBOX firmware. It is very fast and reliable, and yet very competitively priced. The 2+16G model is only $50.
The issues you experience may also have to do with your IPTV service provider and their reliability. We can refer you to a couple of the most reliable IPTV services for Canadians. They have a great selection of channels worldwide for a low monthly fee (and an even lower annual fee).

The remote control shown on the right comes with our A95X F3 SLIM smart TV box. And its 4 colored buttons (third row from the top) work well with Televizo.
Helpful Tips
- If a live TV channel freezes, first try changing channels (using
